Our exhibition process was really amazing because we learned so many different things and we used lots of different skills. I choose to do bullying because it happens around our age and I am really passionate about it. I learned a lot in the creative expressions groups like how to act without words and what flued sculptures are. I choose to do drama because I was interested in how to act only with a couple of words. Drama also helped me make my video on bullying for the exhibition.
First we started off the day before the exhibition with the year fives and I thought it was a good learning experience for us because it made us ready for the parents. I think it was also good for them because they are doing the exhibition next year.
The next morning it was the opening ceremony and I was very excited to do my flued sculpture. The opening ceremony was amazing because we got to show the audience what we learned through the creative expression groups. I felt a bit nervous at the start because the audience was silent. I also got to see other creative expression groups do their thing.
After that we went to our stalls. Parents kept coming to my stall and I talked to them about bullying and why I choose bullying and also the skills I used during the exhibition process. I also showed them my posters and my movie. I told people some facts about bullying and they were amazed by these facts. They also told me there personal experiences of bullying. They asked me lots of different questions so it was really interesting. I explained to the parents what people should do if they see someone getting bullied.
Over all I learned a lot from the exhibition and the whole thing was amazing. But I still wonder what other people felt while they were doing the exhibition?
