Exhibition Recount

It was the day before the exhibition and we were still setting up. I was wondering what the experience would be like and how much I would still learn.

The day of the exhibition had arrived and the Opening Ceremony was starting. After watching three other creative expression groups it was our turn, as we were heading on stage our videos came up. We sat down on stage and watched each other’s video once seeing mine and walking off stage I felt relieved and wanted to watch the rest of the ceremony.

After the ceremony was done all the year 6’s left to prepare for the exhibition, I went and got a laptop and stood at my station waiting for yoni and Daniel. Eventually we were all there and the parents started coming in. the first to my station was Mr Hannon and Mr Kennard.

Faster than I thought it was over everyone was leaving and I went to start to pack my laptop away on charge. (Knowing that I was coming back to use that laptop tonight).

That night when I came back to school at 7.25pm, we went back to our stalls and waited as just as many parents came to look. Daniel wasn’t there that night but yoni and I did just as well in getting our information out.

I think that the Exhibition wasn’t exactly how I thought it would be, but I really think that it helped me really tell everyone about my iniquity and my learning.

Amanda’s questions, concepts and skills

1. Why is there an unequal distribution of clean water in the world?
I had two concepts which were causation and responsibility because causation is causing so many things to happen and because there is an unequal distribution of clean water people round other parts of the world cause bigger problems for this to happen.
I chose responsibility because other wh have clean water should be responsible and try and do something instead of just letting the dirty water problem become more and more unequally distributed with the unfairness of clean water.

2.Why don’t governments around the world take more action for improving other countries that don’t have the same clean water?
I chose change and responsibility because governments around other parts of the world should want to try and change and improve these countries so all the water problems become equal and fair.
I also chose responsibility because it is also other countries responsibility to try and let the other countries overcome world wide problem and to be responsible for how thy use there water wisely and efficiently.

3. How can education help prevent this issue?
I chose connection because we have education here in Australia and we can try and research for ourselves how to prevent this world wide issue instead of the other who can’t who don’t have the clean water. There is so much research to npt just help the lack of clean water but for other reasons and purposes in the world.

4. Why doesn’t everyone in the world have the basic human’s rights?
I thought and chose responsibility becasue everyone has a righ to the basic human rights and people who do have the basic human right should try and be responsible as to help other who don’t be able to have them. If you do not have the basic human rights and other people don’t care then they are thinking to much of themselves.

So far in my skills I have used them really well because I am always prepared to research hard and to colaborate or cooperate. I have used so many skills like research, thinking, cooperation skills.

Unfair

To me this video was about how , our generation should stop following the older generations foot steps. so are world can change. I think this is unfair because people don’t realise what they are doing. They damage the children , and the kids don’t know any better and they follow along. My point is we should make our own decisions and do the right thing.
